The nightly rate is $139. This includes “grab & go” individually packaged breakfast items (for your convenience and safety).

Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
We are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. Under the ADA and NC State Law, service dogs are allowed, provided documentation is provided.
The bedroom has one queen bed, so the Suite accommodates 2 adults comfortably. A queen-sized air mattress & a pack n play are also available for families if needed.
The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and garbage disposal. Also provided: coffee pot, plates & bowls, cups, mugs, wine glasses, toaster, mixer, pots & pans, utensils, glass baking dishes, cookie sheet, mixing bowls, bottle opener, can opener, measuring cups/spoons, salt & pepper, and common spices.
The kitchen has a single-serve coffee maker that accommodates both Keurig style pods and ground coffee.
There is absolutely NO smoking, vaping, or illegal substances (including marijuana) on the property, both indoors and outdoors.
This is a quiet neighborhood and we want to respect our neighbors? privacy. Therefore there is a ?no parties or events? policy.
The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry detergent, shelving, a laundry basket, and an area for hang-up clothes (including hangers).
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not stock toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Hand soap is provided at the kitchen and bathroom sinks.
We are 3 blocks away from downtown Mocksville, where you’ll find restaurants, a coffee shop, a general store and taphouse, an ice cream shop and more! You never have to leave the sidewalk and the path is well lit by streetlights. In the evenings you may also see a food truck or a local band playing.
Turn down the sidewalk the other direction, and you’re just a 5-minute walk to Rich Park, where you’ll find paved & dirt paths through the woods by a soothing stream, playgrounds, and the local ballpark.
Sheets, towels, washcloths, and extra blankets are provided. Kitchen towels and dishcloths are stocked in the kitchen area.
The door is protected by a padlock with a keyless entry system and a security camera. Motion activated flood lights are outside to light your way to the door. While we certainly hope you don’t need them during your stay, the police department and fire station are just blocks away.
Since this is a renovated historic property, it is not fully handicap accessible. There is a standard set of stairs to reach the top level (bedroom/bathroom/laundry).
Both TVs are Roku-enabled smart TVs with antennas for local channels. You may sign into your own accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. and the TV will automatically sign you out upon your departure, as it is programmed to “guest mode”.
